By using PestGuard's services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our pest control services are provided subject to the following terms:

  • Services will be performed by licensed technicians
  • Treatment schedules will be mutually agreed upon
  • Property access must be provided for scheduled services
  • Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement

2. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee:

  • If pests return between scheduled services, we'll return at no charge
  • Guarantee is void if customer fails to follow treatment instructions
  • Certain exclusions may apply for extreme infestations
  • Guarantee terms are detailed in your service agreement

3. Customer Responsibilities

For effective pest control, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information about pest problems
  • Follow all pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions
  • Maintain sanitary conditions as recommended
  • Notify us of any health conditions or allergies
  • Ensure property access for scheduled appointments

4. Limitation of Liability

PestGuard's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our comprehensive insurance covers property damage during normal service operations.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payment fees may apply after 30 days
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Recurring service payments may be auto-debited
